On Site Training
A Part of the ISS Service Solution
Integrated Security Solutions, Inc. (ISS) provides onsite training for each client, as part of the Electronic Security Solution.

ISS develops all training course material on the maintenance and operation of the installed ESS systems, equipment, hardware and software.  The integrated training provides diverse delivery media in both paper-based and Computer-Based Training (CBT).  ISS delivers training media that supports both group-paced and individualized instruction on specific tasks pertaining to ESS.  To meet the training objectives, initial training will be in the form of group-paced instruction using Computer-Aided Instruction (CAI) training materials.

Operator's Training
Operator training is developed and conducted for all levels of operators, users, supervisors and administrators. ISS develops operator training summaries that will identify training requirements for initial, refresher, and on-going operator training.  Using the collected data, ISS develops a curriculum, outline, lesson plan, agenda, instructor guide, student guide, training manuals and CAI training materials. The course includes instruction on the specific hardware configuration of the installed system and specific instructions for operating the installed system.  Upon completion of this course, each student will be able to start the system, operate the system, recover the system after a failure, and describe the specific hardware architecture and operation of the system.

The course will also consist of hands-on training under the constant monitoring of the instructor. The instructor is responsible for determining the appropriate password to be issued to the student commensurate with each student’s acquired skills at the beginning of each of these individual training sessions.  Upon completion of this course, the students will be fully proficient in the operation of the system.

System Managers Training
System Manager Training will be developed and conducted for system managers that includes the Operators Training.

Maintenance Training
ISS includes in the course all skills required to competently maintain the ESS.  ISS develops a paper-based course with components that are common with the CBT courses and technical manuals.  This training provides the knowledge and skills necessary to perform the required preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for maximum ESS availability and minimum downtime.

ADDRESSING THE NEEDS OF ELECTRONIC SECURITY SYSTEMS
When designed correctly, an electronics security system provides specialized information to a central control area. To help you achieve this goal, this training will walk you through the basics of Asset Allocation, Alarms, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, etc. You may also be interested in cost estimating or project planning, which describes different equipment options, such as using perimeter detection or Infrared cameras to see beyond the perimeter line. As an added help, you will be given a pre-test to see where your understanding of ESS/PSS is. You will then be given a post-training test so you can see a measurable increase in the knowledge you have attained during this week long course.
